If you’ve set your own date of birth to be younger than 13 years of age in order to look up someone else’s date of birth, the app will lock you out after requesting you to confirm that this is indeed your own date of birth and not someone else’s.
Laws in the United States and elsewhere require app developers to ensure that minors don’t have access to apps, and therefore require us to add age-detection safeguards to apps. To add a someone else’s date of birth, please either use the Contacts or the Lookup section.
